L’IMAD is committed to fostering a strong Speak Up culture, encouraging employees, business partners, and third parties to raise concerns, seek guidance, and report any actual or suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, or violations of applicable policies, laws, and regulations.

To support this commitment, L’IMAD maintains a secure, confidential, and independent Speak Up channel operated by an external third-party provider. Available 24/7, the channel enables individuals to report concerns related to unethical conduct or suspected wrongdoing. Reports may be submitted anonymously or with the reporter’s identity disclosed. While anonymous reporting is permitted, individuals are encouraged to identify themselves where possible, as this can facilitate a more effective review and investigation of the matter while ensuring appropriate protections are in place.
